How often should I be visiting the dental hygienist?

We recommend twice yearly visits to most of our patients. Because we understand that most of our patients lead busy lives, we offer appointments for these visits in the early morning, late evening and even on the weekend. We’ll also automatically set up your next appointment for you and send you a reminder closer to the time.

What else can I do to ensure better dental hygiene?

Good dental hygiene and healthcare should also be practised at home of course and, in order to properly care for your teeth, we recommend brushing twice daily and flossing regularly. Our dental hygienists can also help you develop an at-home oral care routine that’s best suited to your personal needs.
