How does it work?

Wrinkle correction treatments are administered by one of our trained professionals here at SmileMaker Dental Care. First, we’ll use a numbing agent on the chosen area so that you don’t feel the treatment. The treatments reduce the contraction of targeted facial muscles that cause the wrinkles, allowing the wrinkle to ‘relax’ and prevent new wrinkles from forming.

Where can wrinkle correction be applied?

Wrinkle correction can be applied anywhere on the face and neck and is most commonly used around the eyes, nose, mouth and jawline.

How long does the treatment take?

This very simple treatment takes just 30 minutes.

How long until I notice the effects?

Some patients begin to notice the results of wrinkle correction even before they leave the practice. For most, however, results are seen after a few days and are fully noticeable a few weeks after getting the treatment.
